Everyone knows about Lady Gaga’s meat dress, but did you know there were meat shoes before that and more? Created by shoe designer Tokio Kumagai (1947-1987), the Taberu Kutsu (Shoes to Eat) series made its debut in 1984. Sadly though, those shoes were actually not edible, as they were created using Japanese plastic food-sample technique. I would leap in joy if they actually are though hahaha. And even better, if they are for sale, in packs! I mean, Food AND shoes? Two of the most major things I love? Hell yes!
