Hi guys! It’s been a while I wonder how you all are? There are quite a number of things happening in my life lately, but I guess the biggest of all is that I have decided to quit my current (full-time) job! I am actually quite against ever quitting a job without having another job waiting but I just don’t see my future here anymore for too many big reasons. So anyhoo, I am looking for a job right now if you have any to offer, email me! LOL! Check my Linkedin if you need!
So back to the blog, my dear blogger friend, Sybil, has been super kind to offer taking photos for me (and she edited them afterwards as well!) so I can show you my new neon cut-out tank top that is so summery, so versatile and so on trend! Not-to-mention if you are shy about how your arms are not in the ‘perfect’ shape (cause I do), this is the perfect top for you! Wear it with jeans, shorts, skirts, anything really.
Warning: You might be seeing a lot of it this summer, hehe :P.
Have you guys been to the Lane Crawford ‘Vintage Voyage’ showcase yet? I am really glad to have attended their launch party some time ago, celebrating the launch of Lane Crawford’s largest and most extensive luxury vintage collection! To luckily own 2 beautiful Chanel bags myself, I am thrilled to be surrounded by such large number of vintage Chanel pieces – some of the styles I haven’t even seen before! But then it doesn’t stop here, the vintage collection does not only include Chanel, but also Hermès, Rolex and more! One of the top shelves sat an approximately A1 size Hermès bag, and the second shelve underneath there were 2 tiny 20cm ones, made of exotic leather! All one and only in the world!
From my time spent in the UK studying History of Art, I have really grown to understand the value of vintage pieces. They are not only unique as they might have been custom made by their previous owners or maybe gone out of production, they are also – and most importantly – a timestamp that marks a specific time in history. Just like an art piece!
Hi guys! My laptop broke down and is still under repair so sadly I haven’t been able to blog! However, even though I can’t edit any photos I took previously with my camera I thought I could make a video instead! Thanks to the iPhone 5 and iMovie app I can now show you, via video, one of the recent event I’ve been to – the Find Me @ Central/Central SS13 Fashion Preview. I was seeing a lot of the sport luxe trend that came forth from last year. Lots of neon, funky wedges and high top sneakers. Loving the energy! Tell me what you think?

Hey guys! Finally we’ve got some sun and so Yipee! Shades out!! Before this we had a full month of rain, which was super intense and discouraging! So here I am bringing on some Spring Summer 2013 trend with none other than black and white MONOCHROME as well as LEATHER HARNESS! My leather harness by Zana Bayne was actually bought at the Fashion Night Out Hong Kong last year – straight from the designer! The striped jeans are courtesy of 7 For All Mankind China and speaking of the devil, don’t forget to check out their video campaign by James Franco that is to be released on 25/4! And last but certainly not least, I totally borrowed that Givenchy Antigona envelope leather clutch from my cousin. It is so nice I am thinking of getting one of my own! In another style and colour of course!
Love art, love fashion, love food.
Born in Hong Kong and educated in Hong Kong, Australia and the United Kingdom, I have learnt to appreciate art and culture in an extended perspective. In this blog, I would love to share with you bits and pieces that I find inspiring in my life as well as in the visual world. x
